Ben Bullock

Founder + CEO

Ben founded Bullock Capital in 2020 after fifteen years transacting institutional commercial real estate. He leads the firm's acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management, and makes its investment decisions.

Prior to founding the firm, Ben held roles at Eastdil Secured, JLL, and HFF, most recently as Senior Director overseeing institutional investment property sales in Northern California. His client included Blackstone, Invesco, Clarion, and Brookfield. Across his career he has prticipated in over 115 transactions totaling approximately $8.5 billion.

Today Bullock Capital owns and operates assets in Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Oakland, and holds early-stage positions in more than 25 companies across PropTech, AI, robotics, and hardware.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Kenny Bruzzone

Vice President

Kenny joined Bullock Capital in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President overseeing investment, management, and disposition activities. Kenny joined from Stockbridge Capital Group where he was focused on real estate acquisitions for office, multi-family, industrial, and retail properties on the West Coast. Prior to Stockbridge, Kenny worked as an analyst in the capital markets group at HFF (now JLL) as well as a regional operations analyst at Hudson Pacific Properties. During his career, Kenny has successfully executed on over $1.6 billion in transaction volume across all product types.

Kenny graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
