Ben Bullock

Founder + CEO

Ben Bullock, a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and business development, established Bullock Capital in 2020. As the founder and leader of the company, Ben assumes the responsibility of overseeing all strategic investment initiatives, driving business development efforts, and managing capital structures to ensure optimal outcomes for the firm.

Ben has displayed a keen eye for early-stage start-ups with high growth potential. His investments have been predominantly focused on proptech, healthcare, and deep-tech sectors, where he identifies promising ventures.

Prior to establishing Bullock Capital, Ben was a Senior Director at HFF, where he oversaw institutional investment property sales in Northern California. His primary areas of focus included office, industrial, and R&D properties. Notably, Ben played a pivotal role in expanding the equity placement practice for San Francisco, spearheading efforts to secure equity investments for ground-up office and mixed-use developments along the West Coast.

Throughout his career, Ben has actively participated in over 115 transactions totalling approximately $8.5 billion in transaction volume. His extensive experience in navigating complex deals and facilitating successful transactions has solidified his reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable professional in the industry.

With his entrepreneurial spirit, industry expertise, and a deep commitment to driving growth and success, Ben continues to lead Bullock Capital towards becoming a prominent force in the field, fostering innovation and creating value for both the firm and its portfolio companies.

Ben graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Kenny Bruzzone

Vice President

Kenny joined Bullock Capital in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President overseeing investment, management, and disposition activities. Kenny joined from Stockbridge Capital Group where he was focused on real estate acquisitions for office, multi-family, industrial, and retail properties on the West Coast. Prior to Stockbridge, Kenny worked as an analyst in the capital markets group at HFF as well as a regional operations analyst at Hudson Pacific Properties. During his career, Kenny has successfully executed on over $1.6 billion in transaction volume across all product types.


Kenny graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
